You can produce interactive charts for websites, animated chart videos and static visualisations. Available formats depend on the chart type and publishing workflow you choose.

Chart Studio includes the complete chart-creation workflow, interactive and video publishing tools, static exports and 30 publishing credits per monthly billing cycle.

Both options provide the same product access and monthly credit allowance. Monthly billing costs US$49 per month. Annual billing costs US$490 per year, equivalent to US$40.83 per month.

Annual billing saves US$98 over twelve months at the monthly rate. Monthly billing offers more flexibility without an annual commitment.

Yes. You can change to annual billing later. The change will normally take effect from your next billing cycle.

Yes. Studio starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial includes 6 credits, enough for 2 videos; still images and interactive charts are free and unlimited. When the trial ends, your plan starts at US$49 a month or US$490 a year, with 30 credits a month. We email you a reminder before the first charge. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends from Usage & billing. One free trial per person and workspace. Prefer to start straight away? You can also pay now and skip the trial on the pricing page.

Yes. You can cancel before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No. Existing founding customers retain their current rate while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. New subscriptions use the public plans shown on the pricing page.

Credits are used for final video exports. Editing, in-editor previews, static exports and interactive charts are free.

Yes. You can preview your work in the editor without using publishing credits.

None. Publishing an interactive chart is free, and so is updating it.

A final video export uses three credits.

No. The 30 credits included with your plan reset each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

Yes. You can purchase top-up credits from Usage & Billing when you need more video exports.

No. Purchased top-up credits remain available on your account until they are used.

Eeagli uses any available top-up credits after your included monthly credits have been consumed. If no credits remain, video exports pause until you purchase more or your monthly allowance resets. Editing, static exports and interactive charts stay free.

Yes. Organisations can arrange founder-led onboarding, branding and template setup, workflow configuration, training and support for their first publications.

Enterprise plans are arranged directly for organisations that need custom team structures, governance, procurement support, security requirements, customised allowances, invoicing or rollout planning.

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Available payment methods are selected dynamically according to your location, currency, purchase type and Stripe’s eligibility rules.

Eeagli’s canonical self-service prices are displayed in US dollars. Stripe may automatically present and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout. You will see the currency and final amount before confirming payment.

Yes. Stripe or Link provides the relevant receipt or billing record after purchase. Enterprise customers receive invoicing according to their agreement.

Yes. The advertised self-service prices include applicable indirect taxes. Stripe calculates the appropriate treatment from your billing location and displays the final tax and currency information before you confirm payment.

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your renewal date and billing records are available through the relevant subscription-management page.
