Questions that usually come up before payment

Clear answers on pricing, credits, invoices and billing, so nothing catches you out later.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Studio starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial includes 6 credits, enough for 2 videos; still images and interactive charts are free and unlimited. When the trial ends, your plan starts at US$49 a month or US$490 a year, with 30 credits a month. We email you a reminder before the first charge. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends from Usage & billing. One free trial per person and workspace. Prefer to start straight away? You can also pay now and skip the trial.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual at any time. Your annual plan will start from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your included monthly credits have been used, new video exports will draw from any top-up credits on your account. If there are no top-up credits left, video exports will pause until more are added. Interactive charts and static exports stay free.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Purchased top-up credits stay on your account and do not expire.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Available payment methods are determined securely at checkout based on your location and purchase.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. You can cancel any time before your next renewal from your account, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Stripe or Link provides the relevant receipt, tax document or invoice for your purchase. Your account points you to the appropriate billing-management page.
Is VAT or sales tax included?
Yes. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Stripe may present your final charge in your local currency at checkout, and you will see the final amount before payment is confirmed.
How is Eeagli delivered?
Eeagli is a web application; delivery is digital. Access begins as soon as checkout is complete, including during your free trial.
How do enterprise plans work?
Enterprise plans are arranged separately and can include custom billing terms, procurement support, governance requirements and team rollout support.
